While taking mobiles every time in your hands count the time, if it is 20 minutes just take a break and see an object that is far away from you. It will increase your eye sight.
If you use Screen Protectors it will be good. Screen Protectors can reduce the intensity of Blue light. So if you use systems for hours then better use system screen protectors.
